During your consultation your doctor will advise you when they expect any test results to be available and future plans for follow-ups.  If your Clinician advises that you need to contact the surgery for your results, please use the online form via the website, or call the surgery after 11:00hrs. 

Cervical smear results are notified by post.

Our reception staff are not qualified to comment on results. All test results are checked by a clinican upon receipt and they will arrange a followup, if required. If you do not hear anything this normally means the result was normal and no further action is required but please ensure you know the plan before leaving the appointment prior to the test taking place. You will be able to find your results if you have online access to your medical record and please feel free to contact us, via the online form, if you need any further guidance. 

Please note that we do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. In this respect we will only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given prior permission for their release or if they are not capable of understanding them.
